Build quality on the bracket is very sturdy and strong. Hardware bolts are included. Installation was fairly easy because i already had my airbox removed as I am running an aftermarket air intake. The reason i purchased this product was to keep my side body panels secure from vibration from rides or winds going against me and it would flap the body panels because my stock airbox was deleted and I needed something to secure my body panels in place and this product did just that to keep it in place. In the future i may purchase the cooler assembly since I already have this bracket.
