Perfect Solution for a Discreet and Durable Mounting Option

A customer wanted to try a larger capacity injector on their bike to see if it made any performance changes. What a customer wants, a customer gets. They wanted this fitting soon so they could find a better performance at a low rate. They had already done their homework and found the right part number for their bike, all I had to do was order it. Of course, Webike is a large stockist of Kitaco parts so I went here. The price was better than the customer thought it would be so I ordered it straight away. Now, I did have a few other parts to order so I got them all in the same shipment to save on some fees etc. In just 7 days my order arrived. The outer box was sealed with tape to keep everything in and everything else out. The injector did come in it's own Kitaco packaging so was already well protected. Usually, for customers, I do the homework first but this customer was determined that this was for their bike and needed to be fitted. Anyway, the quality of the injector is superb. The part is clean and not a speck of dust or other debris in sight. Fitting was pretty straight forward and too just under an hour to complete. I do have my doubts that this is not the right one for the customer's bike but this is what they wanted. I will await feedback from them and update this review. About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used for the body is a moulded plastic with a stainless steel inner and includes rubber seals on either end.About the feeling of use, This 170cc/min 8 hole fuel injector is an option that will work on a modified Honda Monkey 125 engine and would have to be the best choice due to the affordable price.Products to buy together, With the increased fuel comes the need for more air, so a larger throttle body would be ideal to also add to your cart to achieve this.Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the fuel injector assembly for my installation was easy due to the ease of access but having to learn the correct way to disconnect the fuel line was average as the clip is not intuitive to operate but does fit without any additional parts.Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of this product is great. You receive a higher output fuel injector assembly that is made from quality materials and I do not see this being offered any cheaper elsewhere.About shipping and packaging My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. The order arrived within the estimated date range and was extremely well packaged. I picked up fuel injector part number 403-9000040 from Kitaco for my big bore engine set up. Unfortunately this K004 2.6 times fuel injector was too big for my current engine set up and did not perform as desired. Will being keeping this and trying it our again in the future with a different engine set up. Installation requires disconnecting of the fuel line and electrical connector then lightly lubricating the supllies o rings with engine oil before fitting. Good fuel injector and at reasonable price. I bought the Exhaust System at the same time I bought this BigThrottle too.
Installation is a bit confusing in the attached Instruction Manual, so I looked it up on the Net and replaced it.
You will need special tools T25 and T20 to replace the Throttle.
Although it was troublesome to remove Cowl, I made it bareheaded in order to install KITACO's i-mapCoupler as well.
Since this is a replacement with the air cleaner removed, the Silicon spray makes it easier to work with when removing the air cleaner.
I exchanged it for a NORMAL today and took it for an early test ride.
The extension from 3rd to 4th gear is so much better.
The top speed is low because it is JA 07 type, but if you combine it with KITACO Muffler, you can get +10-15km.
The power is very nice and lush. (^^)

The KITACO New Super Oil Cooler Kit is a solid product with excellent quality and functionality. It performs exactly as expected and works flawlessly. However, for the price, I would have liked to see higher-end connectors included in the kit.
