Case drive chain honda mbx

As with when ever I change out bearings regardless of where, if the circlip is also available, I do tend to change these out too. No point putting a previously removed circlip on a new build. Yes, it might look ok but the tension is never going to be what it actually should be. So, finding the right circlip was as straight forward as finding the bearing. Using the tools Webike provide on their help pages and cross referencing for my own peace of mind on Honda schematics. The price was excellent as expected. With some other parts for this bike in my basket already, I had them all shipped together to save a little shipping fees. EMS is my courier of choice as they just get the orders delivered fast with no fuss. Upon arrival, the box was well packaged and all the smaller parts were individually packed for safety. The circlip came in the standard Honda packet. Not really much I can say about this circlip, it is well machined, the parameters are within spec. The quality is plain to see but until you attempt top put it in place, you are never going to know how it fits. With no issues on the install, I can say, this is a top quality part from Honda and that was the finish of the main bearing in the transmission replacement. Having to do a rebuild on the swingarm of this Honda CBR600RR that is a friends bike. It has been a long way and done a lot of miles and needs a little bit of TLC. I found the correct needle bearing for this model by checking Honda schematics and this model of bike. Pretty straight forward really. Locally I could have gotten this needle bearing but I was already ordering from Webike so decided to get all at the same time. The cost from Webike was also a lot cheaper too which did sway me some. Along with the other parts for this rebuild, I got them al shipped using EMS. My order was delivered in 5 days and was very well packaged. The needle bearing did come in the standard Honda packet and was wrapped in lots of padding by Webike warehouse. The bearing itself is a very neat and tidy bearing. The outer race is smooth and well machined. The inner race was smooth as you like on turning. There was plenty of lubrication from factory which pleased me. Top quality part direct from Honda. After a small lowside there were a couple of minor parts that took some damage. One of these was the right side chain adjuster along with the rear wheel washer too. As I already was ordering the parts required, I had the Honda schematics open. This meant finding the right part number was super simple. The price was very low and as expected from Webike. With the rear wheel washer and a few other parts for various bikes, I got them all shipped using EMS. In 5 days my order arrived. All packaged expertly by Webike warehouse and fully protected. The chain adjuster came in the standard Honda packet and kept safe with additional packaging. The quality is excellent. The threaded section on the end is super smooth and the lock nut goes on easily. No issues at all. The finish is a smoothed out silver, so basically no additional coating. I would hazard a guess at stainless steel but cannot be sure. Fitting was easy too, adjusting back to where it was originally was pretty easy too. There was a bit of an issue with the dust seal on the rear of this bike which I wanted to swap out. It was ok but not what I want on a bike which was this young. I found the right part by using the tools Webike provide on their help pages and then cross referencing on Honda schematics for my own peace of mind. The dust seals do actually fit a few other models so seems to be in stock on Webike website. The cost of these are really good value and better than could be sourced locally. Although they are not expensive, I did want a few other small parts for other bikes so I decided I would buy all together. In 5 days from being shipped, my order arrived. The dust seals came in the standard Honda packet and were wrapped up. The seals are really flexible but they do feel really strong and I was able to manoeuvre them into place relatively easily.
