I got these handlebars for my XSR 900. After doing just over 1K miles with them, I have to say I'm really pleased with this mod. Although you will lose some confort if you go for lower bars, this option sits right in the middle between the standard rise and the extreme position you will get with clip-ons or with the yamaha OEM clubmans (which at least IMO, are too far down). Needless to say the bars look great on the bike and they will improve the sporty feel when riding without hurting your back nor wrists.
Another important thing is that they are quite easy to install. The clutch cable needs to be rerouted slightly to avoid being clamped by the forks, but other than that, nothing tricky about these. Note that the inner diameter is different from stock bars so you will need new bar end weights.
Also, if you are in the EU, bear in mind that you will have to pay import duties (i think around 50€) at delivery.
