This is a "Special Clutch Kit" that includes a die-cast clutch cover and a 5-disc reinforced clutch at a reasonable price.
■Die Casting Clutch Cover Patented structure: thermostat mounting part and oil line structure The clutch cover is made of die casting aluminum, and the clutch cover surface is buffed and painted clear. SP Takegawa has an oil cooler kit for the die-cast clutch cover. The oil inspection window is the durable glass type that has a good reputation with Monkey. The cover itself is equipped with an oil filter (element: paper type). Can be installed with stock clutch or SP Takegawa 5 disc reinforced clutch at the same time. Large oil filler cap is equipped. Special clutch cable (900mm) is included. Original rubber separator included (for 100cc only) When the die casting cover is installed on the Ape100/XR100 Motard/XR100R/CRF100 and the oil is taken out from the clutch cover, the wall that divides the oil from the oil pump into the crank side and the cylinder head side will be damaged. In this case, there is no wall to divide the oil from the oil pump into the crank side and the cylinder head side, so the oil will flow in two directions.
By installing a rubber separator in the crankcase, the oil flow will be in one direction, so all the oil from the oil pump will flow to the oil cooler and oil filter, and then to the crankshaft and crankcase after passing through the oil filter on the clutch cover. Then, it flows to the crank shaft, crank case and cylinder. If the oil hose is currently installed on the SP Takegawa bore up cylinder, you will need to purchase a fitting adapter and hose to change the outlet.
■5-Disc Strengthened Clutch Ape50 normal clutch (3 friction discs), Ape100 normal clutch (4 friction discs), the clutch capacity is increased by adding friction discs (Ape50: 33% / Ape100: 25%). The clutch capacity is increased (Ape50: 33% / Ape100: 25%) and slippage is prevented. This product can be used for high power engine by increasing the bore. (Can be installed with stock engine and stock clutch cover at the same time.) The number of clutch dampers has been changed from the stock 4 to 6 to increase the damper capacity. The oil pump reduction ratio has been changed from 2.187 to 1.833 to increase the amount of oil discharged per engine revolution. The primary reduction ratio was changed from 4.437 to 3.833, resulting in a 16% higher gearing and a wider selection of drive sprockets. Clutch springs are strengthened by 10% compared to the Ape100. Cast iron is used for the clutch center and the friction disc contact surface of the pressure plate to improve durability. The lifter plate, guide pins, and bearing flange bolts are reused from the original parts. Since the primary reduction ratio is changed, the sprocket needs to be reset.
