*Please check the model name, grade, registration model, year of manufacture (not the year of sale/purchase), frame No., engine No., etc. carefully to select the correct product.Be especially careful with used vehicles that have had exterior modifications.
*Please make sure to break-in the bike for 50-100km to ensure the original performance & durability.
*The limit of V-belt use is a reduction of 1mm or more from the specified width dimension.Check the condition of wear and tear periodically, and replace at an appropriate time.
*For some products whose performance was obtained by using materials other than aramid core wire, other core wire materials plus different kinds of high elastic rubber were used..
Double-layered, reinforced V-belt!
The Daytona strengthened V-belt was developed to handle the high power and high tuning of sports scooters.
The lower rubber has been changed from the standard single rubber structure to a double structure of standard rubber and high elasticity heat resistant compound rubber to reduce belt slippage.
The core wire is made of 100% aramid fiber (*Some products use other core wire materials).
Furthermore, aramid fiber is also blended in the upper and lower rubbers to improve the side pressure rigidity, tensile strength, and slip resistance required of V-belts.
The blending ratio of each material is the best choice according to the engine characteristics of each manufacturer's bike.
The belt length is set to have the same deceleration ratio as the stock belt when it is set on the pulley to prevent slippage and adverse effects on the starting acceleration and maximum speed & quality control.

The quality and texture is very good .You can feel the cvt systems transfer is batter.I buy this with Daytona high speed pully and Dr pully 12g.If you have pully tools that is easy installation.But that is expensive than oem .The shipping and packaging is very good.
