■Feature 1: Chain for clean in section
The ERS2 is the lightest of the 520-size chains, and is a standard race chain with an overwhelming share of the trial race market.
The non-seal chain has almost zero friction and was once used on the GP250.

■Feature 2: 520Lightest weight
In trial competitions, where the slightest change in attitude can mean the difference between a clean and a demerit, the lightweight drive unit provides accurate maneuverability by reducing unsprung weight and the gyroscopic effect.

■Feature 3: Adoption of flanged pins
By making the pin body (the part in contact with the bush) one step thicker, the chain rigidity is improved by holding the outer plate between the outer caulking part and the outer plate

■Feature 4: Longer life by adopting cold forged solid bushes
This is a highly rigid bush with a smooth, seamless surface and excellent roundness.The contact surface between the pins and bushes has been optimized and a special grease has been developed to suppress pin wear, which is the cause of chain elongation, and the wear life has been increased by 1.2-4 times compared to the conventional type.
